We can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Felice! We were relocating from Wisconsin to Arizona with very little knowledge of the area and the options we might have in Show Low. We were in town for 3 days to look at houses and Felice came highly recommended by a friend. I highly recommend Felice if you are looking for a Realtor to work with. My wife and I were looking for a fixer up cabin as a second home and Felice found it for us.. From the first time we met her, she is friendly, energetic and ready to share her knowledge. She was just as enthused about the cabin as we were and eager to share some ideas on how to fix it and taking the time with us to get us all the answers to the questions we had about the property. We were needing a roof contractor and Felice recommended one to us as she has a list of people who she can recommend to complete any work needed on the property. Brian was another Realtor on The Bobo Team. He also was a very big help to us. Us living out of town, Brian met with a roofer at the property to get a roof bid for me which he didn't have to do. As luck would have it, approximately 5 years ago we started a search in Lakeside-Pinetop for mountain homes and we came across one of Felice's listings!!! I was looking for the perfect lot to build on in Pinetop Az. We settled on a 21/2 acre parcel on an area that we have always loved in this mountain area. The place needed to be secluded, but to have great access to the city, and as well as amenities such as water, sewer, cable, electric, etc. We saw a sign on one of Felice's listings that would have been fine, but we ask her about another lot that we liked better even though she did not have it listed. After talking with her, we felt really comfortable with her and we entered into negotiations on the lot and felt that she worked hard to get us a really good price. Her entire staff worked well with the title company and we were able to close on time and now we own a beautiful lot that we hope to build a great family cabin on. I would not hesitate to to work with Felice again and in fact, I look forward to it.

WHITE MOUNTAINS
The area known as The White Mountains is a mountain range and mountainous region in the eastern part of Arizona near the border of New Mexico—a continuation from the west of the Arizona transition zone known as the Mogollon Rim. Nearby communities include Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Greer, Springerville, Eagar, Snowflake, Taylor, Concho, Heber-Overgaard, and McNary. Though much of the area is within the Navajo Nation, the part outside the reservation is in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests.
Families are drawn to the natural beauty and mild weather and while some 20,000 call the area home, many Phoenix and Tucson residents have summer vacation homes here to escape the heat of the desert floor. With towering ponderosa pines, Pinetop-Lakeside is typically 30° cooler than the large cities to the southwest.
